The terms of service of MyPaidHost constitutes agreement to these terms.


1. Setting up the buyer's account

Depending on your account type, we will set it up in a prespecified period of time, unless otherwise stated here. All Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Virtual Private Server Resellers (VPS Resellers) will be set up within 24 hours of purchase, after full fraud checks. Shared hosting will be set up immediately after your purchase. We expect all customers to give their main email address and not one that is situated under a domain you or any of your acquaintances have purchased (an email under a free email provider) so that in any event we may contact you. In any expensive transaction, over the price of $300, it will be expected that you a provide government issued identification method, otherwise we will consider your payment to be fraudulent and we will deny your order.

2. Transferring Your Account To MyPaidHost

We will make all attempts to help you, the customer transfer your site to us, however we can not guarantee the time your transfer will take, since each web host is different. In some cases, however, we will not be able to transfer your data, and then it will be up to you to move your site from your old host to MyPaidHost.

3. Content

The content of your site must follow the laws of the United States of America or the country which you are situated in. If we find any unlawful material within your site, you will be contacted and expected to take immediate action, if no action is taken your account will be suspended and the appropriate people will be contacted. No refund will be given if you are suspended for the reasons stated above. Using our service for infringement of copyright is prohibited. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon by one of our clients, or if you are one of our clients and your copyright/trademark is being infringed upon by another client, please contact us via live support, send a ticket, or email support@mypaidhost.com If the request involves licensing, we may require further information.
Disallowed Content on a Shared Account or Reseller Pornography Videos, Proxies, warez or unlawful content, IP scanners, Brute Force Programs, Sale of any controlled substance without a license, and lottery sites.
Disallowed Content on All Packages
Child Pornography, Spam scripts, mail bombers, warez, or ANY unlawful content.
Allowed Content on VPS/VPS Reseller Packages
Proxies, Pornography, and lottery sites. This is only a sample of what is banned on shared accounts and does not include most content allowed.
If you receive an email from MyPaidHost, we accept a prompt response within 72 hours, or your account will be terminated. Prior to taking a vacation with which you have no internet, you are expected to inform us in any event that we find unlawful material on your website. If a reseller is knowingly hosting any unlawful material or sites that show children being abused, the reseller account will be terminated. If the reseller unknowingly hosts the site, we will notify the reseller, or directly terminate the account. If the same reseller hosts any unlawful content, their account shall be terminated.
If you are a direct customer of MyPaidHost, your account will be immediately terminated without refund and you will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency of your region.

4. ZERO Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for any spam sites, unlawful sites, or hateful sites. Your site must adhere to the laws of your region. If your site contains pornography, the model(s) must be 18 or 21 years old, depending on which age is approved in the community which the model lives. If you are found breaking our terms of service, your account will immediately be terminated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

5. Data

You are completely responsible for the data on your site, and MyPaidHost assume no responsibility for any of the content contained within your site. You are presumed to create backups of your website to ensure that you do not lose your data. We do offer backup services, however certain plans may not include the said service, and you are expected to find another way of keeping your content. If you happen to lose any data, it is solely your responsibility, as MyPaidHost takes no responsibility whatsoever for loss of data, unless it is an unorthodox situation (our server being down) We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time with or without notice.

6. Abuse

Abuse of our staff in any medium will result in the immediate termination of your account.

7. Refunds

You are given a 15 day refund policy on any package, however add-ons are not refundable, such as script installation, script add-ons or server upgrade. Violation of any of the terms of service will waive our refund policy.

8. Resources and Bandwidth

MyPaidHost allocates a certain amount of bandwidth for each package, and should you exceed the amount of bandwidth allocated for you, your account will be suspended until the next month unless you purchase additional bandwidth from MyPaidHost. You can not pass unused bandwidth on to the next month. We will contact one of our clients when they exceed their bandwidth, and give them the option to upgrade their bandwidth for a fee. The client may not use more than 30% of the system resources for longer than 30 minutes, run stand-alone unattended server side processes at any point or time. This includes any and all daemons. You may not run any web spider or indexer on a shared hosting package, as this will use up most of our resources. You also may not run any cron entities for intervals of less than 10 minutes in between.

9. Guarantees

Any guarantee made by us will be kept as long as cancellation is received within the 30-day period. You will not receive your money back for any product add-ons If you receive downtime more than 99.9% on your service, you may qualify for 1 month of credit depending on your package. This credit is at the discretion of MyPaidHost. To request this credit, please submit a ticket, as it may be a lengthy process.

10. Reseller Accounts

Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. MyPaidHost will not provide support to our reseller's clients unless the Reseller assumes their responsibility. All support request must be made by the reseller, and not one of the reseller's clients. The reseller is responsible for any content which is located on their client's website.

11. Shared Accounts

Shared accounts may not sell any of their disk space to other people, only Resellers, VPS, and VPS Resellers may do so. Any shared account found doing so faces suspension.

12. Prices

The price which you pay for your package will not change unless you have used a promotional coupon which specifies that it is for a certain period of time and not for your whole time as a client.

13. Law Enforcement

MyPaidHost will co-operate with any investigation being done by a government appointed federal, provincial, or municipal law enforcement agency, and the client will be charged a sum of $15 per hour of the investigation. The client agrees not to hold MyPaidHost responsible for any of the clients actions if they are brought to court based on their website.

14. Disclaimer

MyPaidHost is not responsible for any damages to your business, as we offer no warranties on web service. This may include: Loss of Data, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any or all service interruption caused by MyPaidHost or an employee of MyPaidHost.
